Meraki Glamour is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Meraki Glamour is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to sanitary and hygiene regulations, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products.

As a beauty brand, we prioritize product safety and integrity. Once items have been shipped, they are non-returnable.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.

To request a replacement, the following is required:

• Clear photos of the damaged product
• Clear photos of the external packaging
• Your order number
• Confirmation of your shipping address

Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in the denial of the claim.

Replacements are issued at our discretion after review.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Meraki Glamour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Meraki Glamour actively monitors and documents all transactions.

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for products that are non-returnable under this policy.

We maintain detailed records, including:

• Shipping confirmations
• Tracking numbers
• Carrier delivery confirmation

These records will be submitted in the event of a dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Permanent restriction from future purchases
